I haven't seen this.

You all say the story is rubbish and generally I get bored with the whole 3D thing about 6 minutes in.

Should I bother?

It's shit.

If you're near Birmingham before the end of the month let me know and I'll get you a free ticket rather than line Cameron's deep set pockets any further!

Tbh, I'm a bit sick of the whole "Well, the visuals are good, but the story's crap" bollocks I keep hearing. So fucking what? It's supposed to look good, so just enjoy it.

Cameron has never been a great storyteller anyways. It's not like Titanic was an original idea in terms of plot. The backdrop kinda wrote itself, and all he had to do was make it look awesome and throw in a basic love story. The result? A superb* movie which has, quite rightly, enjoyed enormous success.

Now, I haven't seen Avatar yet, but I can already tell I'm going to love it. Why? Because ya can't argue with a visually stunning epic.

* Yes, it is, so don't even pretend you don't like it.

That looks funny..
I watched this movie in 3D, the movie wouldnt have made much if it was not presented in a 3D version..

Most of the movie that made are based on one story, but with a twist and presented in a totally different manner.

Saw it the other night, and the story is, I think, supposed to take a backseat when it looks. This. Fucking. Good. All the showy-off grass that lights up when you step on it etc is a bit much, but in the night time forest scenes, I have never such a great feast for the eyes.
